The average repair time is 2-4 weeks after receiving your physical jewelry piece
for repair at our office. We will have our quality control department assess
your jewelry and determine if it falls under our lifetime guarantee.
Our guarantee does not include if the jewelry has been modified or abused.
Note that legitimate warranty claims are covered by the company,
however shipment of the item to the manufacturer is not.
We recommend a trackable method of shipping your item
back to us such as FEDEX International or Canada Post/USPS.
